You’re invited to a Hymn Party Fun-Raiser on Saturday, May 4th! Our Music Director, Frances Balodis, will play through the PCC hymnbook, playing one verse of all 833 hymns! You can sponsor x$ per hymn or x$ per half hour. Pledge Forms can be found in the Foyer and Coffee Room. All funds raised will support the Mission & Ministry of Knox. Drop by the church throughout the day and join in with your own instrument and sing along. It’s a party so light refreshments will be available.

A three-person Visitation Team from the Presbytery of Barrie will be joining us on Sunday May 19th for worship and to meet with the Congregation, Session, and Minister afterward. A light lunch will be provided. This is part of the ongoing pastoral care provided to all congregations from our Presbytery.

Metal Fundraising Drive  The bin has arrived in support of the Ministry and Mission of Knox Church. Spread the word and help keep the metal out of our land fills.

Envelopes  The Board and Session made the decision to reduce the number of  Box Envelopes purchased for the 2024 year. Congregation members who had a number greater than 50 will notice a new #.  Congregation members who use the PAR Program or contribute by e transfer may not have been assigned a Envelope number but are welcome to use one of the visitor envelope if you wish to contribute to a fund raiser, just remember to include your name on the visitor envelope.  If you have OLD ENVELOPES hanging around, please-please-please, throw them out, your number may not be valid any longer.

Congregational Breakfast  will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 8am.

Plans are underway to celebrate Knox’s 150th anniversary next year. The Knox150 committee is hosting a logo contest with submissions being received until the end of May THIS year. The logo will appear on all of our advertising and shirts that will be available for sale.
