Main Halls 1 & 2

For larger Meetings/Workshops/Special Events (i.e. Conferences, Reunions, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Concerts, etc.)

Main Hall #1 is a large, bright room with a Cathedral ceiling.  Adjoining it is Main Hall #2, the smaller of the two rooms, also spacious, with  easy kitchen access

Together they can seat up to 144 people for serving meals or 175 people as a meeting room.  They are both air conditioned

The Halls can be booked separately, or together.


Main Hall 1 & 2 — Saturday Rental –$400.00                                                                                                    Main Hall 1 & 2 — Monday to Friday “day use only” — $200.00                                                                Main Hall 1 & 2 — Monday to Friday “evening use only” — $125.00

Main Hall 2 —  Monday to Saturday “day use only” — $100.00                                                                Main Hall 2 — Monday to Friday “evening use only” — $40.00



For smaller Meetings/Receptions/or just a private and quiet place to meet

This bright, comfortable room can accommodate up to 30 people at a time.  It comes equipped with a large rectangular table, a couch with easy chairs and stacked chairs which can easily be placed in rows for a meeting.


Full Day (8hrs) — $150.00                                                                                                                                         Half Day — $75.00                                                                                                                                                       Evening — $40.00



Full use of all kitchen facilities includes dishes/water glasses/cutlery.    Any caterer would be responsible for supplying his/her own serving ware and utensils.  A Two-pot Bunn coffee maker, kettles and carafes are available, as well as two large coffee urns, one for 80 cups and the other for 100.   You would supply your own coffee, tea, cream and sugar.

There is one refrigerator, two ovens, and two cook tops in the kitchen.  All dishes used would have to be washed in the dishwasher provided and the kitchen left in the condition it was found.

Rate for Kitchen (using all facilities) — $100.00


Partial use of the kitchen for serving tea and coffee only.  Again, persons using the kitchen would be required to wash any dishes used and leave the kitchen as it was found.

Rate for Kitchen (only using coffee & tee makers and no other equipment — $50.00


White table covers are also available to rent.

Use of a microphone and/or audio/visual equipment are included in the rentals.  Tables and chairs will be set up by the Space Rental Committee according to your requirements.
