May 21 – There IS Hope, casting our cares
We continue our There IS Hope sermon series with a conversation about casting our cares on God. But in times of suffering, those can seem like very trite words – until we put them into action. We discuss what that might look like as we continue our examination of Peter’s letter to the early church while also reflecting upon the words of Viktor Frankl who said, “Hope in suffering is found, not so much in the suffering, but in the response of the sufferer.”
