August 25th: Compassion Camp – putting passion into action
I wonder how our world would be different if we thought of compassion as a verb. If we put our "thoughts and prayers" into action - practical, helpful action. We are going to explore what this might look like during our Compassion Camp this week, and this was also the focus of our worship service this morning. The scripture passage that guides our conversation is Psalm 104:1-19, 24.
